Hi all WNKR will be back on Sunday and Monday on 1476 with our pre new year broadcast or our last broadcast of the year, depending on which way you look at it!

Strange!! Tuned in to 819 just before 7 this morning and heard Man Of Action followed by announcments in Dutch and non stop music,

WNKR is now on air on 1512KHz with our Christmas programs. Also by the stream at http:/​/​wnkr.co.nr Line up as below, 1,Dave Martin, 1 hour.

Who is on WNKR at the moment? It's just comin up as 'steve' (time is 1248)

For 5 days starting on the 11th of August, W.N.K.R. will be remembering the 41st anniversary of the Marine Broadcasting Offences Act.

I've been listening to WNKR for the last few hours very entertaining well done guys!

WNKR is on the air now on 1476 and also 24/​7 on the internet stream via http:/​/​1476.co.nr yes that's 24 hours, 7 days a week, in 128kbps mp3. Also available, listen again to last weeks shows.

WNKR on 1476 today, Sunday last test before the xmas broadcast. That will take place from Sunday 24th till hopefully Tuesday 26th. All new progs with at least 5 presenters.

hear it over the LAN.< Oddly enough I tuned to WNKR this morning, the stream connected ok and Winamp displayed the audio in the equaliser bars pane, but I got no audio.

I don't think iTunes supports aacPlus.

iTunes supports aac and mp3, not sure about pls files. I have listened to wnkr over itunes in the past with no problems .. dead air tonight in melbourne

And what's even more crazy is that I'm heading to Sandingham beach today where I'll be having lunch by which time it will be late night in London town.

Just climbed out of bed, it's 7.40 am Sunday here at Melbourne or 8.40 pm Sat night in London. Listening to Radio Sheila on WNKR as I contemplate breakfast.

Dave I can't get it to work in my VLC Player on the MAC it's asking for a suitable log-In and password to authenticate ??? I didn't get this last week with WNKR or Enigma

yes WNKR is back this weekend on 1476 AM from Sunday morning, also stereo streams as we used to do. Test transmissions last weekend were heard in Scotland with a fair signal, so give it a go!
