UTV Radio confirmed today that it’s currently in discussions over the sale of its Edinburgh based speech radio station, talk107.

Turned up on the Play Radio talk show earlier this evening (in the studio) talking about Big Brother though PRUK were saying that he is their station engineer.

In putting it on the market UTV are embarassing themselves are they not? They say that it is a valuable licence in the capital city of a country which is true.

As a fan of talk I have been trying to lend some support to this station as I thought it did have some good things going for it.

Relatively recent MD of Talk 107 Matt Allitt has apparently suddenly removed Mike Graham as Programme Director and also as presenter of the weekday 9 – 12 morning show.
