Presumably when a ship is sold there is a document akin to a car logbook - a registration document - that indicates who holds the title. |

So if Grotham own the Ross , it begs the questing , what on earth was the original ownership agreement of the ship back in 1983 when she arrived in the north sea until 1990 when she departed ?
