Presumably when a ship is sold there is a document akin to a car logbook - a registration document - that indicates who holds the title.

It isn't, and never was a viable option because the clauses in the Act related to LICENSABLE transmitting equipment.

It does seem strange to read about Radio Caroline and licence applications and what Ofcom have said or not in the same sentences.

So all we need is a few hundred people with a grand to spare and we could deck it out as a radio ship, moor it in the UK, and charge people to come on board the ship that rocked!
