I visited friends at Clacton on sea last saturday and visibility was very good so i could clearly see that so far four turbines are in place.

Go a few miles out to sea (not too far cos it will take you ages and the seas will be rougher i think), because if you are in the sea, the signal will go twice as far as normal.

There are 41 nations who have not either signed or ratified the UN law of the sea convention and are therefore not bound by it. The new radio ship will be registered in one of those countries.
