What you do is to make the radio station a reality TV show like Big Brother so that the activities of the crew can be shown on terrestrial TV. Maybe Ofcom would license such a station on such a basis |

OK. So, to apply a little logic (I hope!) ... The boat would need to be refitted as a radio ship. 300-foot masts are not easily hidden, so the authorities will know. |
