Yeah, Radio Nova did tests on 254Khz in 1985. The tests were from Mosney on the coast, about 30 miles north of Dublin. I think the power was about 10Kw into the antenna. |

I have a feeling that several years ago Radio Argus planned to do some tests on long wave but I don't know if they ever did. |

I only ever heard if one – from ireland on 254khz before atlantic 252 started – think it might have been Radio Nova. I could just about make out the signal . |

No a pirate, but RTL 234 might be of interest. There arent many radio stations at all on LW, I think only 1 National station. There are more pirates on SW. |
