So more cumminty stations = less smaller commercial ones i.e. less commercial competition and further restricting ownership of commercial stations.

I also remember hearing Tony on BBC Radio London in the mornings doing his Soul show. We have reasonable reception of the station here on 94.9 - now BBC London of course.
