Couldn't agree more, jailed for broadcasting music and benefit fraud. The law is a complete ass, a fine would have sufficed, really i think it's a control thing.

 Couldn't agree with you more. When I listen to Smooth Radio here in the North West, all the presenters sound the same, with the exception of Andy Peebles and Richard Searling.

 I agree it's a fine line. I don't know how many listeners you get to your station, but I think we need to make sure the results are valid statistically.

Firstly Choice FM wasn't a pirate. It was a radio station based in South London that was licensed to provide music and programming from and for the black community.
