15 June 2009 Ofcom today launched a review of its Broadcasting Code ("the Code") which sets rules for TV and radio stations.

Ofcom today published a new digital switchover transmitter frequency guide for the Yorkshire region. It has also updated three of its existing guides for Border, Wales and the Westcountry.

Microsoft gave me a copy of Windows 2000 when it was first released. It was supposed to be a 90 day trial but it never expired so I kept on using it. Better then 95 or the NT4 I was running before.

Surely by now most homes are at least Freeviewed up and already problem free? Why will that change when analogue is switched off?

The way I see it, the march of time and change of seasons killed Radio caroline. Just cos Peter Moore was in charge when it was in terminal decline doesn't mean he killed it.

As a fan of talk I have been trying to lend some support to this station as I thought it did have some good things going for it. With the latest sweeping changes I have pretty much given up now.

This is just to redolent of august 67. I had heard about the changes in the U.S.A. but was blissfully unaware of anything P.P.L was up to here. So what are these changes. and whose next?

Yes it is, but also easy, as you say, so a basic web presence. Does have some apps that are worth a bash, but you've probably heard that already :-)

I'm saddened by your vision that radio doesn't play a part in most people's lives. I think that's a bit harsh, just thinking of some of the audience figures enjoyed by, say Radio 2.

I wouldn't mind change to a lower freq but there's too much involved changing the TX and the aerial. A one meg change on say 48m is nothing but on MW is a massive change in wavelength terms.
