No it is a fake. If you look very closely, the '279' on the pointy end of the boat looks much sharper than the rest of the picture.

My minions tell me that RTL have bought a majority stake in IoMIB. RTL have decided that DRM via a CFA on 279 will provide far better coverage in the UK.

The whole idea of what is "radio" is fuzzy – to most, radio is RF emissions that carry some sort of modulation – or pulses.
