I see that there is a boat called the Aurora in international waters off the coast of Spain. Some people are welcoming it and some people are up in arms.

Yes Eric you're right-on the money. People over here (Au) couldn't care less about pirate radio, we've never had it unlike Europe and Britain.

Recently, the excellent film 'The Boat that Rocked' "based on 'Radio Caroline'" rocketed the name 'Radio Caroline' back out into the public eye after 20, 30, or is it 40 years of complete obscurity.

No it is a fake. If you look very closely, the '279' on the pointy end of the boat looks much sharper than the rest of the picture.
