1970-1974 for offshore stations Radio Caroline, Radio Northsea International,Radio Atlantis and landbased pirate activity with regulars Radio Jackie, Radio Kaleidoscope, Radio Gemini, World Music Radio, Radio Albatros.

1969-1971 was a great period for films, music and popular culture.

1977-1982 was the classic disco era with producers such as Giorgio Moroder, Cerrone, Patrick Cowley, Nile Rogers and Bernard Edwards creating some fantastic music.
