Paul Rusling returns as a Director of IOMIB

On 4th October 2006 the Isle of Man Government's Financial Supervision Commission received three 9N forms duly completed to advise them that the IOMIB had appointed three new directors.

Roger Cutsforth, Rodney Collins and Paul Rusling (who had previously resigned on 9th June 2006) joined IOMIB plc as directors on 12th September 2006.

The company remains without a Company Secretary at the end of October 2006.
