De beste inzendingen worden uitgezonden op zaterdagmorgen van 11h00 to 12h00 uur. De luisteraar kiest de winnaar! Wie ga jij na doen? 3 Reminder: Vrijdag 31 Augustus van 09h00 tot 21h00 staat Mi Amigo in het teken van 31 Augustus 1974. Zes van onze Vlaamse Deejays geven hun gevoel bloot over de dag waarop Mi Amigo gewoon doorging! Tussen 20h00 en 21h00 vertelt Dirk van de Vel hoe de Noordzee eruit zag (en klonk) na 20h00. Dirk laat diverse onvergetelijke fragmenten horen. Radio Veronica en Radio Noordzee waren toen beiden gestopt. Alleen het zendschip de MV Mi Amigo bleef uitzenden! Een must om naar te luisteren en voor de verzamelaar een opname moment!

1 Slecht nieuws. Het slechte nieuws is: dat Guy zijn studio niet zeewaardig bleek, gezonken is en niet op tijd een nieuwe kon ritselen voor 31 Augustus!

2 Goed nieuws. Het goede nieuws is dat Hans de Knegt zijn uren waarneemt.

Unless the moderators do something about this , i am seriously thinking of quitting AN. It's doing my head in !!!!!!!!!

So many times the notion of culling AN has been muted. I now can't be bothered to post or debate news as it gets buried in the posts from NL.

What about a vote from active on the input language???

I'm with Eric. (Not for the first time, BTW) My Inbox is constantly cluttered with rubbish from Nico.  I don't speak Dutch.  Really. I once tried the Radio Nederland Dutch By Radio course (Book + LP) and can now say Toet Siens convincingly in the fading light. But I truly can't fathom the many and mostly pointless posts from Nico.  I'll give it a week then ditch the whole thing.  Sad bit is - I'm really interested, but I really have no time to try and fathom our what he's trying to tell us.

For me , it's not just the fact it's Dutch - if i was really interested , i would take the troublr to translate it. it's just that it's always about the same old things. Things that i think it's fare to say , nobody on here is interested in. We have attempted to move this forum on and broaden it's appeal by making the topics include technology, gadgets and gizmo's and broadcasting news. I frankly could not give a s**t as to if a flea powered AM TX in the Netherlands is on or off or not. Report any new projects once for passing interest maybe , but a running commentary we do not want. It's also very clear that the posters do not bother to read what is already ongoing here as repeatedly the same topics are re-posted as new threads. Christopher - help please !!!! You seem to be the only one who can help if anyone can unless you can pass this on to anyone else who can moderate here.

I only use the internet for playing (which includes Anorak Nation) when I can when I'm at da office. When I'm at home or on location, all of this stuff just sits and waits until I'm next in the office with not much to do but just be there. So, apologies for the delay in becoming 'activated' on this subject.

I think that Nico cross posts his information to a number of different places, plus I get the feeling he doesn't actually subsequently monitor whatever then follows on the thread he has created.

For everybody's peace of mind, I have switched him to 'moderated', which means his contributions will sit and wait for manual approval before being 'published'.

In exchange for this, I'm hoping that others will make up the shortfall with debate and discussion rather than everything just now going completely dark, as I fear it will!

For what it's worth, if anybody wants moderator powers (which don't really give you huge powers, just the opportunity to do what I just did to Nico, and to delete or suspend actual posts), give me a nod, as I'm not here as often as I should be in able to be a proper moderatorererer.
