...read now also this posting on http://groups.yahoo.com/group/radioseagull/message/1245 Nico.

Hm, my information ( direct from the source ) tells me different things.... Both transmitters shall be tested together to look if they do not interferrer to eachother in practice ( on paper it must not give any problem but practice and theory are 2 total different things ).

People of radio Marina arrived on board at the 18th of August and I do not believe that they are there just to get some tanning color;)
Also the day of leaving the harbour of Harlingen is different but I respect the organisation behind the Jenny not to speculate about day, activities etc., just look at regular times to the sites of www.paneuropeanradio.com , www.radiomarina.nl and www.radioseagull.com .

And, Nico....Radio 19 just rented the 1395 for 1 day, they are not a part of the Harlingen project itself.

Hello everyone. On http://www.offshoreradio.de/newsflash.htm you can now read this text in Dutch.

See now also new taken photos on http://www.offshoreradio.de/waddenzee/jb08-2012/index.htm Nico.

Hello everyone. On http://www.offshoreradio.de/newsflash.htm you
can now read this text in Dutch.

Again not being rude - could the Dutch based folks please say hello?

I would second what you are saying Eric.
At risk of sounding rude , This is an English language forum about UK or worldwide technology and broadcasting subjects. Few , if any of the Anorak nation readers speak Dutch to any worthwhile degree, myself included. Posting about low power stations that broadcast to a very small area that none of us can hear is pointless. Also , if i hear of any more commemorative events for offshore stations , i think i will scream. It was a great period but was such a long time ago now. The world has changed. Radio Caroline has been done to death as well , even though it is still going in some form.

The 1395 kHz is now off air and it is possible that the "Jenni Baynton" now will be towed to the Waddenzee (this ship has no own motor) and after that the 1395 kHz will then on air again but then with more power! Read about this on http://www.radioseagull.com/news.html Greetings of Nico from Gouda, the Netherlands.

Hello everyone. Around 9:30 AM and also from 11 AM till nearly Midday today there was heard non-stop music on the 1395 kHz AM from the "Jenni Baynton" which is now anchored in the Waddensea outside the harbour of Harlingen. But because I am not at home I can now NOT listen to Radio Seagull on the AM. Who of you can now confirm that the 1395 is on air again? Greetings of Nico from Gouda, the Netherlands.
