NO PLACE FOR OLD MEN?

Top 40 radio that's exactlly that. A station with a 40 track playlist playing the current Uk top 40(uncensored) in a two and a half hour rotation. http://premium1de.listen2myradio.com/tunein.php/narmst01/playlist.pls
Good idea Neil. I think there is definately a place for just such a station in the UK. It would be the sort of format you just listen to for a while - less than an hour typically , due to it's rapid rotation of a short playlist. This is of course updated weekly to reflect the new top 40 chart. Teenagers especially , don't currently really listen to radio hardly at all , so a fast moving format of the stuff they will like could get them interested again. An enterprising business should be brave and launch that format on UK digital radio for certain.
Hi Neil
Which chart is it based on? Why the Radio1 Jingles?
As for unsensored, I hear them on terrestrial radio here - the F word isn't naughty in Slovak LOL.
Although I have noticed some DJs talking over the F-word if they can :-)
Cheers
Eric

It uses the official Uk top 40 ie the one also used by the BBC with the playlist changing at 7pm Uk time on Sundays. I sort of aquired the Radio one jingles they are not BBC jingles they are of Italian origin. Radio One is as good a name for a top 40 station as any other!
Hi Neil
I actually like it - but there again I've always enjoyed listening to new rather than old music at work.
Regards
Eric
