Islamic wailing on 1278 kHz

The channel was completely clear here in Birmingham after the closure of Red Sands Radio. Now there is a weak Islamic station on this frequency. What is the station?

Probably this one, just got an email from Shaun Geraghty in Stafford:
LPAM BFBS Gurkha Radio from MOD, Beacon Barracks, Stafford now on air on 1278kHz. Heard carrying IRN news on the hour followed by Radio Nepal News (sounded like they recorded it from the internet). Good signal here 8m to the west of Stafford. Tel No listed by Ofcom 01785 787026. The transmitter appears to be on air 24hrs.

Thank you, Mike.
What I heard orginally was Arabic.
However, I think that you are right. The station does include Hindu music and some that sounds closer to Chinese.
I understand that the commentary originates from the Moaist Republic of Nepal, i.e. "it thoroughly against our principles that the UK recruits our boys as (however, the inflow of money may make us reconsider).

There is usually some outpouring of grief on Crystal Palace Radio after 17:00.
