James Whale
Did any of you guys listen to him, if so, are you not missing him on Talk Sport? I see Moz Dee wanted to stamp his mark on TS, but what a cowardly way of doing it. It seems even Ofcom are shocked, especially since Ofcom hadn't even investigated it let alone come to any kind of judgement.
Before any lefties or libs start slating him for his right wing views, I'm more interested in how whale was dealt with, not his views, otherwise we'd have to bring up the amount of times 'Sweaty' Galloway has over stepped the mark on TS.
Politics and Radio aye! It's like an Arab, Plutonium & a Suitcase all in one British City.

I used to a long long time ago. Can't remember why, but one day I realised I couldn't stand him any more, so stopped.

Not really. They'll get torched by Ofcom once they've rattled into action. This is the only way they can possibly reduce the size of their torching.
I wonder if radio stations have indemnity insurance to cover Ofcom fines!

Having said that, I thought by default some stations had an emergency pot for 'accidental' slip ups in their publicity funds.
Moz Dee is still an anal probe though!
