On 8th January 2007 the Isle of Man Government's Financial Supervision Commission received an 9N form duly completed to advise them that one of the IOMIB directors had now resigned.

Paul Rusling (who had previously been re-appointed on 12th September 2006 after originally resigning on 9th June 2006) resigned IOMIB plc (again) as a director on 2nd January 2007.

The company remains without a Company Secretary at the beginning of January 2007.
