City tried a talk station years ago, it didn't work then and I don't reckon
it'll work now.
BBC Merseyside is mostly talk stylee radio already, with nor a lorra
listeners.
The Pete Price phone in on City seems to consist of stupid people calling to
see if they can call Pete a "puff" before they get cut off by the delay;
which is mildly amusing at first, but after the 10000th attempt becomes a
little tedious.
Oh great, more of that on my radio. I can hardly wait…

As a "soft Southerner" I have to say I love Liverpool having spent a lot of time there jobwise (Royal Infirmary to be precise).
