I think mainly it's attitude. Sadly, with older chronological age comes older attitude in the main, but there are exceptions to this general rule, as I previously mentioned – John Peel and Annie Nightingale are classic examples. There are also a number of really really old (chronologically) music producers out there too, making some of the new genres and new music waves (mainly in Germany and Japan I note).

Oh, and into which category of person would you put CE?
