The Crossed Field Antenna Technology only be used under license from the patent holder, "Kabbary Antenna Technology Co."  [from Kabbary website].

Kabbary claims to be the patent holder.

If this claim is true then IOMIB would not be able to inward license for the deployment of the technology except by agreement with Kabbary or a licensee of Kabbary who is permitted to sub-license the use of Kabbary's patent.

So it Kabbary's patent claim is true and it is allowing IOMIB to have a licence, then IOMIB is stuffed.

If someone else other than Kabbary owns the patent, then IOMIB may be correct.
