There are many Add Ons that have to make Firefox the browser of choice, e.g Adblock.

However, Mouseless Browsing is wonderful. This inserts a little number by each link. It enable browsing from the key pad -- but better still with speech recognition one just needs to say "link [number]" to steer around the internet.

It makes the keyboard obsolete.
