Although my original was a bit of fun, it's true to say that doing a google search would have been faster then e-mailing and waiting for a reply. Sorry if you took offence Roy, but needing a fast response would in most cases be quicker via Google unless the subject matter is considerably more specialised. If others don't hold that view, I'd love to know how efficiency could be improved with such questions – maybe I'm becoming a grumpy old git :-)
