Couldn't this be seen as a case of 'passing off'. If the owner of anorak nation domain feels like it, they could complain to Nominet and possibly get the domain transferred if it's seen that
anoraknation.com's owner has more right to the name than Oliver.

(Oliver is one of Peter Moore's colleagues at Caroline Maidstone, or whatever we call it here now, and runs among other things the internet streaming for said satellite station.)
