Indeed, and as a holidaying nine year old I asked my Uncle, who was in the Royal Observer Corps (which still existed in 1964) what that funny looking ship was, to which I recall the reply as if it were yesterday "I thinks that's one of those pirate radio ships we have been hearing about"
