Yes I heard that today. It really brought home to me how poor Radio Caroline was at the beginning. Thank God it improved over the next few years. I think people probably didn't notice how poor it was because they were just happy to have an alternative to the stuffy old BBC! Compared to later recordings that I have heard of Caroline this really showed how bad it all was at the start.

Had WNKR on this afternoon while painting, enjoyed it and it helped pass the time as I hate painting! Just one question though, where were you today Mr Martin? Do you have a letter explaining your absence? Erm actually that's two questions isn't it?
