Hi Jim and all the rest of the A N gang, I cannot receive Red Sands Radio, probably because it's an RSL and using 1 pappy watt of RF, i know the sea is a brilliant groundplane for antennas, but 1 watt up to here in Newcastle, well thats being a little too optimistic. Could any of you's who have listened to it for any length of time say what it's like? I applaud all the efforts they have put into it, but if the programming was an original format, the power was decent, and it had something different to offer I would agree, honestly i can't see the point of a 28 day licence on 1 watt.
