Seems a strange thing to happen, Would you care to explain and i
would guess it is now a bit awkward having to broadcast separate
programming at certain times of the day?

Not much to explain really, when a regulator says no – tis no.
It is hard work going through everything on the site, but that is the story and right now I don't really want or have anything to add.

The really awkward part is trying to explain to very upset people, mainly Slovak people, why they have lost shows they liked. It's particularly hard when I know some haven't the resources to go online to listen to shows or invest in satellite. They are the real people suffering.

Technically it's little more than an annoyance really. We have always worked through our UK Tech Team and as such to schedule things to be played out there for Sky/Eurobird and the Internet services is a fairly simple thing to instigate – the joys of modern technology.
So the Slovak language shows are being broadcast on the network as before, and when English language shows are on they are simply not aired on the FM services.
In short the network plays all the shows from Slovakia in exactly the same way, just that Slovakia no longer gets the English shows.

Great shame
