Yes, Mr Moore only holds the right to use the phrase "Radio
Caroline" as long as the C word is pre-fixed by the R word, under a
rider required by the Virgin group.
Hate to burst your bubble, but investigate how names are issued by regulators and how the decision is made.
I was once contacted by the RA because, as you know, we used RNI. When A N Other wanted to use the same I was approached for approval as the first holder of such a license. Even though said license had expired, in our RNI case.
