Yeah but no but yeah but they don't know nothing. They've never listened
to test tones, damn them. How dare they talk about radio? They're not
even from eras when radio stations had theme tunes and closed down for 3
or 4 hours at night. They've never heard of Radio Luxembourg, let alone
tuned to fading AM transmissions. They've not served an appropriate
anoraky apprenticeship. What gives the blighters the right to chat about
radio, eh?

Seriously though, it is nice read stuff from people that don't wear "rose tinted specs" like most of us do.

I think most of us harp on about how good Caroline/Laser/Nova was/were and long for those days to return, forgetting the world has moved on 25 years or more!
