Fair comment, Chris.
 
I suspect that the genocide figures for the Holocaust of WW2 can only be estimates. After all, the evidence was "removed". Who calculated those estimates and on what basis I don't know.
 
The agenda that causes me most grief is the one that perpetrates the myth that the Holocaust was solely an anti-Semitic issue. It wasn't. Sure, the Nazis went primarily after the Jews, but also on their hit list were the Slavs, Roma, Gays, to name just a few groups. I'm not belittling what happened to the Jews, but it upsets me greatly that it is seen by many as just being a Jewish issue. I was talking to a good Jewish friend a few years ago (my age) and she was totally unaware that Hitler's regime had murdered Poles. It beggars belief that someone like her (an intelligent and well-eductated woman) could be so ill-informed.
