Not really. They'll get torched by Ofcom once they've rattled into
action. This is the only way they can possibly reduce the size of their
torching.

I wonder if radio stations have indemnity insurance to cover Ofcom
fines!

Having said that, I thought by default some stations had an emergency pot for 'accidental' slip ups in their publicity funds.
