From: "Neil Gates" <...>

Peter Moore is spending his whole time running around crying to anyone
who is gullable or stupid enough to listen to him becasuse he knows that
the return of real free radio will show his sham "Caroline" up for what
it really is and will stop his donation gravy train dead in it's tracks.

To be honest Neil I don't think he has anything to worry about. You aren't
going to get an offshore station on the air.
You reckon you can do it for 30K, and you are trying to sell the idea to
potential investors, but to be honest 30K is nothing these days. Most
people could raise that money from re-mortgaging their home, you say it can
make money, so if you are that sure of yourself, why don't you raise the
money yourself?
Maybe you aren't that sure, it is far easier blowing someone else's money
rather than your own.

I'm not trying to be rude, or bullying, it is just the way it looks to me.

You can't be that serious or it would be on by now.

Or am I missing something blatantly obvious?

He has a lot to be worried about because this project is progressing at an increasing pace with one third of the required finance in place.

I am infact putting the largest amount of cash of any investor into the project (£5000).

The project also has an agreed contract for 24/7 religious programming that will not only cover the stations running costs, all of them, but will also take the project into profit after 4-6 months of broadcasting.

So yes Peter Moore has a lot to be worried about. While he has been running around making hysterical postings on radio message boards I have been working quietly to achieve my aim of putting Cruisin' 531 on air. It is however a long term project and not one that will happen overnight.
