Regarding terrys solicitor friends discussion, the container holding the host nations water would be a "vessel", as it floats and would have to be towed to its destination off the British coast. It would be much cheaper, and much more practical just to equip a normal merchant ship, into being a radioship. The 1990 broadcasting bill has never been challenged, i applaud anyone who has the guts, courage of their convictions or sheer blind ambition to test it. Neil Gates board seems to have been hi jacked by YES men from other boards, people who pour scorn on neils and other projects. A lot of the comments made on there were so bitter and so obviously orchestrated from biased minds. Anorak Nation has a liberal attitude and allows FAIR comment, it has never been swamped by spiteful attitudes from one side or the other.
All the best LA and 73s

Yes the 1990 broadcasting act has never been challenged and I intend to do so!

This is a long-term project and will continue as long as it takes,I am no quitter that is why I spent several long days alone onboard the ross Revenge in 1991 when no-one else could be bothered to crew the ship either because they were scared or just couldn't be arsed!. As usual the only person to come to my assistance was Peter Chicago joining me a few days latter when weather conditions improved.

It was quite sickening to see how many of the people who deserted the ship at sea quickly came crawling out of the woodwork when the ship arrived in Dover where they could play radio stations in complete safety!!!.

So it is time the act was tested if you want to join me email ... and I will tell you how.
