Haven't bought a daily in about 10 years. Until recently I used to get the Guardian on Saturdays but haven't bothered with that in recent weeks.
 
There's so much content around in other places, I really can't see the attraction. I mean the net and satellite/cable/digital can keep you up to date far faster. In any case, you can cherry pick for what you're interested in rather than buying something that you only read portions of. As you say, the days of reading cover-to-cover are long gone.
