Well, I was a volunteer on BFBS Gibraltar in the late 90s, and was told that I could not work for them and Spectrum FM in peurto Banus. I received no pay at BFBS, and had worked for them for two years. The work at Spectrum was at weekends, and paid the princely sum of about £20 per show! I left to go to Spectrum, and my copy book was severly blotted. Unfortunately, Spectrum sacked me after less than a year. Tough life innit?
