Yes things could be looking up as far as the radio scene is concerned, but I have my doubts about Neils (possible) choice of ship. Not having ever been involved in an offshore station, the pictures on Neils forum seem to show a wreck of a ship. Were any of the other offshore stations in as poor condition as this, before being restored for broadcasting? My feeling is that in order to save costs Neil is setting his sights too low, but this could be a false economy, I am involved in another type of restoration, and have found that once work starts, you find more and more hidden faults that become a continuous cash drain. I am not making comments behind Neils back or condeming the project , but I mentioned the condition of the ship on his forum, but nobody made a comment. What are your views?
Terry
