Just in case I win the lottery tonight, how much do you think it would cost to set up and run and offshore radio (in international waters, of course!) ? Of course most of the jocks we are hearing now have full time other jobs, and may not want to break the Marine etc.(Broadcasting) Offences Act. But just presuming it was possible? Alternatively what is the chance of Ofcom licensing a station broadcasting offshore – or a long -term RSL ?

Now the nice men in white coats are going to bring me my dinner !
