May I ask the following.

You are now the boss and you have an income of £10 per month. That's it. No more!!
You have transmission costs (inc tx/prs/lines etc etc) of £6 per month. Office, Sales and News people add up to £2 per month.
DJs cost you £4 per month.
What do you do?

You can't get lower prices on transmission, cutting sales will reduce your income further, news is already outsourced and you have cut the office staff to the bone.

You still have to reduce costs by £2 per month or go off air, so what's the solution?
