The fact that you would see it in such a positive light is an indication of just what a kind-hearted and good-natured person Christopher England really is. It certainly puts your knockers to shame that's for sure.

I can tell you though that I have friends who have red noses, it just so happens that they were born that way. Part of the rich and varied tapestry of life.

They tell me that they suffer weeks of mockery by imitation which is worse than the black and white minstrels as it carries the implication that they look funny just because of the colour of the skin of their nose.

Anyone who has participated in this "red noses are a joke" thing in any way at all is vile for doing so.
