Agreed but their problem appears to be that their moderators are a
bit thin on the ground. It easier for them to delete a few e-mails,
sideline or ban a few of the more vociferous or just delete the
thread all together if it gets a bit out of hand. There is never any
explanation posted about any of it and the whole way they go about
things is beginning to p*ss a few people off. It's easy to say 'well
go somewhere else then' but to me the whole thing smacks of arrogance
and a disregard for what essentially are their customers.
Difficult one – who are there customers in terms of revenue?
Sure if they have no readers there will be no revenue – equally if the site gets a reputation for allowing incorrect information then the sponsors will run faster than a sprinter.....
