Hmmm....Methinks it was a stunt to get people to take notice.
What surprised me was that I learnt there can only be a max of 50 listeners per server to internet stations. Not that OMR would exceed that. Hi! What with the lack of attention shown by Ofcom to MW stations these days, a Mw tx may get more listeners. In fact in the 70s, Radio sunshine on 6235khz, of which I was involved, got 50+ letters a week, for a few hours on sunday.
