A tribute the great man of broadcasting, Mr Tony Blackburn was played on
his show on BBC London last Saturday. It can be heard on Listen Again,
and it is about 5 minutes into the start of the broadcast.

I always forget to listen to this hero of our time. His Saturday shows remind me of that brilliant time – possibly his finest era – his mid morning shows on BBC Radio London in the 80s before they destroyed it by changing it to that ridiculous GLR.
