I agree. I enjoy Nico's postings. Sometimes I have to translate but generally the content is obvious.
Keep posting Nico, Thank you for the information.

I fully agree with Alan and Ian, that Nico brings us items of news we may never hear about, it is a bit much to knock Nico when some in English just post PR and Press Releases!
If You don't want to read it, move on to the next posting!

Indeed very clever.
Does anybody know the station ID of a Dutch pirate that operates around 1610 kc, seemingly late night Sunday. I have heard him close down at 23:00. Last night he closed down at 22:30 due to weather. I am astonished that such a strong signal gets in to SW London.

That's all, nothing else.
Kindest regards,
Geoff

It could be a number of OPs, have a look at here, http://www.alfalima.net/phpbb/viewforum.php?f=22
You may have to check a few times as there's no mention at the moment.

Did anyone see the Lockerbie documentary on BBC 2, had our friend Edwin Bollier on there, plus a small video of the MEBO 2,
Steve

It's usually Radio Baroness that has a staggering signal in Birmingham -- often much stronger than Big L (was) on 1395 kHz.
It's likely that Google Chrome will be available on Wednesday at: http://www.google.com/chrome

I think it rolls at noon Pacific time today (Tuesday). It's not fantastic though. It's built on the same engine that Safari is built on.
And, hey, the all new IE8 is well sexy anyway! (Actually, I can't decide between it and Firefox now, Firefox only being slightly more useful 'cos of the add-ons)
I suspect Google Chrome will be a bit of a let down unless you are a power user of their various Google Apps applications. Hang on a minute, I'm a power user of Google Apps...erm...best download Chrome then!
