Kristel AM are scheduled to be on today, probably on 1188 kHz. There will hopefully be a receiver hooked up to an internet stream. Use Winamp or another Ogg Vorbis compatible player. Try these:-

Hello
For the Christmas holidays we hope that you can spend them in
good health and with all the loved ones you want,
even though we know that the chance is there that you miss
some of them, but as long as they are in our memory the are
with us.
Whe wish all of you and your dear ones for
2008 a smooth and steady journey on the sea of life.
Whe hope you always see the sun and as little rain
as possible on your journey.
Let the anchor chain stay steady and not too tight.
From
Geoff,
I think a radioship could earn a profit if it were licensed. If built properly it's signal coverage would be noticeably greater than ANY equivalent power land based station due to the excellent ground conductivity of sea water.
However, as a pirate, advertisers would be hounded by the authority's, through the Euro courts if necessary. No revenue = no supplies = no signal.
Fortunitely there are still several UK and Dutch engineers that know what needs to go into building a first class radioship.
You then only have the not so easy talk of giving the people a reason to listen to the station. Easier said than done.
