From http://www.radiotoday.co.uk/news.php?item.1820.2:
A new illegal radio station has commenced broadcasting from the North
Sea, targeting a new generation of iPod-owning radio listeners. The
station, which is transmitting a signal of non-stop pop music from the
former British naval platform Sealand, is now live on 900 am and
identifying itself as UK900.
Coming in loud and clear here in East London village.
The terrible thing about this station is that the 'skip button' costs a £1.50 Premium Rate phone call, and I don't think it actually works. This is not proper iPod radio! Hurumph!

"I went to the Garden of Love,
And saw what I never had seen;
A Chapel was built in the midst,
Where I used to play on the green.
And the gates of this Chapel were shut
And "Thou shalt not," writ over the door;
So I turned to the Garden of Love
That so many sweet flowers bore.
And I saw it was filled with graves,
And tombstones where flowers should be;
And priests in black gowns were walking their rounds,
And binding with briars my joys and desires."

Now that statement really gave the game away. Everybody knows that the 19 year old Christopher England does not have a working AM radio :-)

Were you referring to me as a spammer?
I can only perceive in your country of residence April the first doesn't have any significance, is this the case?
