Hallo everyone. The last RSL on the AM of Radio Caroline was in March or
April 2004 for 28 days on the 1278 kHz because Radio Caroline became 40
years old. It was then said that the next RSL of Radio Caroline will be
in March or April 2007, but I do not yet read on the website of Radio
Caroline something about a new RSL. Who of you knows more about this?
Hi Nico, So far i haven't heard anything but with this coming August the 40th anniversary of the MOA, I wouldn't be surprised if something is planned,
The last RSL from the Ross was from a berth in Tilbury which had public access but the one it is in now doesn't, So this may be a problem,
I believe Pirate BBC Essex is also planning something again possibly from the LV 18.
Regards Richard
Today Friday 9th OMR appear to have gone back to 24 hours. The Programme guide does not however show this to have happened.Still having problems with some steams. The web site also mentions some management problems are now resolved.

The anniversary would be in August, not March or April. I have not seen any indication of an RSL, not even after the last one. In fact Mr. Moore has played down the need for such an event. In any case the current berth for the Ross is not suitable at all. Moving the ship around is prohibitively expensive. As is the berth, but that is another matter not up to us to solve.

Who's next?In a press release today it was revealed that Both Arrow stations (Rock
on 675 AM and Jazz on FM) have been sold for one Euro. Last year the
stations lost 1.5 Million euro. The previous owner paid one Million a
year ago.
Hallo Hans. Please can you put here a link to that press release? Greetings of Nico from Gouda, the Netherlands.

I have now received an e-mail from Peter (no backname) of Radio Caroline with the following text:
"Hi Nico. You have a better memory than me for what may have been suggested in 2004. However, the situation is that our ship is within and enclosed port and we cannot use her to broadcast from as we did before. Right now we have no public place to take her. So we have made no plan at all for another RSL broadcast, either at Easter or (presently) at any other time. Best wishes, Peter, Radio Caroline."

Do you know who has 'bought' Arrow Hans? How long do you think Arrow will continue in its present format? Regards,
Worried (and pissed off) of Newmarket!

Hallo gloworm558. The former owner Ad Ossendrijver of Arrow has bought it back from the editor PCM for an amount of mere ONE euro! He has Arrow last year(?) sold for a amount of ONE million euri to that same PCM. So, Ad Ossendrijver now wins 999.999 euri from PCM! Greetings of Nico from Gouda, the Netherlands.
